Integration shows the hard problem

That has a concrete consequence: a company selling upward from small systems into larger groups is not simply scaling a product, it is entering a slower, more heavily gated buying process where incumbency and sustainment infrastructure matter more than unit price. Treat any claim of moving "up-group" as a claim about acquisition access, and look for the named programme rather than the airframe specification.
